Each Zeno mattress is topped with real quilted ticking. With the aid of a template or drawing, we can custom manufacture any size, shape or beveled edge you desire. Whether a foam, Innerspring or latex mattress, we can ensure a perfect fit.

We manufacture the custom, live-aboard innerspring mattresses designed specifically for the marine environment. Every mattress is put together by hand and each Innerspring mattress comes with powder coated inner-springs that prevents rust. The craftsmanship and quality of each Zeno mattress matches that of the top brands available today.

All Zeno mattresses can have a hinge or a onetime fold making them easy to bring aboard any boat or vessel. After your, mattress is completed we can personally deliver it to your boat, home or RV.
